Step 2 - Design Consultation: Your Inspiration & Our Expertise
Feel free to share reference photos from Instagram or Xiaohongshu — we place equal emphasis on tailoring the design to your unique eye shape. Our lash artists will assess your eye shape (round / almond / downturned), eyelid crease width, and natural lash health to give you professional recommendations.

Steps 6 - Length Selection
Lengths typically range from 5mm to 18mm, distributed in an arched or cat-eye fan shape from inner to outer corners. Our artists will adjust proportions to prevent drooping from overly long extensions.
Steps 7 - Thickness Selection
· 0.03mm – 0.07mm (Fine): Ultra-soft, ideal for fragile natural lashes or those seeking zero-feel comfort.
· 0.10mm – 0.15mm (Standard): Best balance of firmness and comfort—the most popular choice.
· 0.18mm – 0.25mm (Thick): Creates strong dramatic effects with maximum retention.
Steps 8 - Curl Selection
· BB/LJ/J Curl (Slight lift): Most natural, resembling your own lashes gently curled.

Steps 9–11: Treatment & Aftercare
Steps 9 - Treatment Session (Application Process)
Cleanse and disinfect → Apply hypoallergenic eye pads to protect lower lashes → Our artist uses imported medical-grade low-fume adhesive to attach each extension precisely 0.5–1.5mm away from your lash line (never touching the skin). The entire session takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours—you can relax or even take a nap on our comfortable reclining bed.
Steps 10 - Fan-Drying (5–10 Minutes Post-Application)
After application, we always use a mini fan to fully cure the adhesive, since this step directly affects how long your extensions last. We never rush it — a full 5–10 minutes of drying ensures the adhesive is completely set before you open your eyes.
Steps 11 - Aftercare Kit Provision
You will receive a kit containing specialized cleansing foam, micro-brushes, oil-free makeup remover, and a detailed care card. We will demonstrate how to wash your lashes and remind you of the golden rule: Do not get your lashes wet for 4–6 hours after the procedure, and always avoid oil-based cleansing products thereafter.

Arrive with clean, product-free eyes — no mascara, eyeliner, or eye cream. Clean lids let the adhesive bond properly, so your first eyelash extensions set starts off strong. Set aside about 1.5–2 hours to relax during your appointment.
Can I wear mascara on my lash extensions?
Best to skip it. If you want extra definition, use only an oil-free, extension-safe mascara on the tips — waterproof formulas need oil-based remover, and oil is exactly what breaks down lash adhesive.
How do I clean my lashes?
Cleanse nightly with an oil-free lash foam and lukewarm water, brushing gently upward with a soft spoolie. Daily cleansing is the single biggest factor in extension retention and eye health.
Can I swim with lash extensions?
Yes, once the adhesive fully cures. Wait 4–6 hours after your appointment, then rinse and cleanse afterward — chlorine and salt water don't damage lashes but can shorten how long they last.
How frequently should I come in for a fill?

Anything to avoid with lash extensions?
